Certificate III in Business [BSB30107] / Certificate IV in Business [BSB40207]
These qualifications addresses the basic principles of business in a wide range of areas by allowing the flexibility of completing units of competency in order to address a particular market and/or occupational outcome. Areas include business communication, project management, risk management, diversity, occupational health and safety, and customer service.

Certificate III in E-Business [BSB30601]
The world is global and every business must consider trading online. This qualification covers determining, locating and retrieving business information online and the evaluation of research results. It also covers the following with relationship to establishing an e-business or integrating e-business principles into your existing business including the:
- Organisation and maintenance of an electronic mail system;
- Participation in a virtual business community built around a common interest / area of business;
- Identification and assessment of suppliers, the purchase of goods and services online and recommendations for future provision of goods and/ or services;
- Identification, pricing, cataloguing, advertising and selling of goods and services online including the negotiation of online services and sales with online outlets, review of product sales and recommendations for future operations;
- Investigation, confirmation and use of online banking services including security issues in regard to transactions and maintenance of banking records; and,
- Implementation and monitoring of online customer service policy, developing and enhancing customer relationships online, integrating customer service into business processes and continuous improvement of customer service in accordance with company policy.

Certificate IV in Business Management [BSB41101]
This qualification can be contextualised to suit the needs of the student who endeavours for a career in business, mainly in management. It offers a variety of subjects to choose from including sales and marketing, risk management, innovation, and leadership.
